Director/Evangelist

Tom Weaver has been in the full-time Christian ministry for more than 45 years. He accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord at the age of 17 at the Harper Road Christian Church in Corinth, MS and began preaching one month later. At the age of 18 he began preaching full time in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas.

Tom and his wife Beth have been married 48 years. They have three children and eight grandchildren. Tom and Beth held ministries in Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Tennessee before going into revival minisitry full-time. Beth has served as Church Secretary in three different ministries and as Children's Ministry Director in two. Tom has been a leader in the establishment of four new churches in three States and has preached more than 550 revival meetings in 30 States and 4 Canadian Provinces.  Tom holds up to twenty revivals per year sponsored by Rock Solid Ministries.

Tom has served as Director & Evangelist with Rock Solid Ministries since its inception in July 2004. During their time with RSM, Beth has spoken for women's groups on special occasions, during Sunday School, and at Family Camp. Tom has led 498 revival meetings, held two short-term interim ministries, served as featured speaker/teacher for State Conventions and Convention/Conference Workshops, Family Camps, Seminars, Preacher's Gatherings, The Enduring Light Preaching Camp, and at Mid-South Christian College. Tom also does supply preaching almost every Sunday that he and Beth are not on the "Revival Road".

Evangelist

Greg Strickland came to Rock Solid Ministries with over 25 years of preaching experience in the local church. Since age nineteen, he has held preaching positions in Missouri, Kansas, and Mississippi. He has been a part of over 250 revivals and evangelistic meetings in twenty-two states and four Canadian provinces. Greg was involved in new church planting for over 15 years, helping to establish two new churches as their preaching minister and serving on the boards of both the Volunteer Evangelizing Association (Tennessee) and Southwest Missouri Christian Evangelizing Fellowship. He enjoys writing, spending time with his family, and playing guitar.

Greg holds up to twenty-seven revivals a year with Rock Solid Ministries.

Greg and his wife Lori met in 1987, during their first week of classes at Ozark Christian College and have been married over 35 years. She has been Greg's constant and faithful companion in Kingdom work since he began preaching. Lori has been a congregational music director and worked at grade schools in Mississippi, Kansas, and Missouri, in both the special education and speech departments. Her compassionate personality shines through in all she does. Lori enjoys being a grandmother, writing, interior decorating, and singing. Greg and Lori have three children and three granddaughters: Evan, his wife Kourtney, and their daughter minister in Riverside, CA at the Pathway Christian Church; Nathan and his wife Madison have 2 daughters and live Burlington, CO, where Nathan preaches at the Burlington Christian Church. Their daughter Truli is a marriage and family therapist in Birmingham, AL.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Kristin Christman has dedicated 21 years to full-time Christian ministry and has been involved in volunteer ministry for as long as she can remember. She was raised as a PK (preacher's kid) in the Restoration Movement and graduated from Johnson University in Knoxville, Tennessee, in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Bible, specializing in Media Communications.

From 2004 to 2015, Kristin served as the Director of International and Domestic Sales and led the Media Department at Freedom in Christ Ministries, an international, parachurch organization focused on bridging the gap between freedom and maturity in Christ.

In 2003, she married her college sweetheart, Ryan. They have two daughters, Abigail (16) and Rachel (13). The Christmans currently live in Kingston, TN, where Ryan serves as the Executive Minister at Morrison Hill Christian Church.

In January 2015, Kristin became the go-to person for everything at RSM. Working from the RSM Kingston office, she serves as treasurer, books revivals and conferences, and is responsible for the organization's online presence and promotion. She is the one who answers your questions or directs your inquiries when you call the RSM office or use the contact button on their website.

Kristin also co-authored the "Growing Closer Daily" devotional book with the rest of the RSM Team, which is available for free from the iBooks bookstore.
